Breakfast Sandwich - Berliner

Ingredients:

2 eggs

2 slices of bread

2 slices of cheese

Berliner

Spinach

Sriracha Mayo

Method:

Heat a pan over medium-high heat.

Whisk the eggs until yolk and whites are combined.

Soak slices of bread in whisked eggs.

Heat scrambled eggs in the pan and place the slices of bread.

Once cooked, fold the cooked egg over on the bread, top with Berliner, cheese, spinach and sriracha mayo.

Fold over one piece of bread onto the other and let cook for 1 minute and serve!
