Boil:
All of our sausages are pre-cooked, therefor you only need to heat them. They will be ready once they look pump. Our Continental Franks are perfect when boiled, giving them a crunchy snap when bitten into.
Time: (will vary depending on type and size of sausage)
Big sausages: 8 minutes
Small Sausages: 4 minutes
Heat:
Once water is boiling, reduce to a gentle simmer then add the sausages.
Air Fry:
All of our sausages are pre-cooked, therefor you only need to heat them up. Place in the air fryer and leave them be until the time is up. They are ready once they are golden, heated through and sizzling.
Time:
Big sausages: 10 minutes
Small Sausages: 5minutes
Heat:
180 degrees celsius
Pan Fry:
All of our sausages are pre-cooked, therefor you only need to heat them up by turning regularly. They will be ready once they are golden, heated thoroughly and sizzling.
Time:
Big sausages: 10 minutes
Small Sausages: 5minutes
Heat:
Medium-high heat
Pan Fry Black Pudding:
Cook the Black Pudding in a splash of olive oil and turn over once cooked on one side and watch as the colours of our black pudding enhance. It will be ready once caramelised and darkened.
Time:
Slices: 3 minutes each side
Whole: 4 minutes each side
Heat:
Medium heat
BBQ:
All of our sausages are pre-cooked, therefor you only need to heat them up by turning regularly. They will be ready once they show grill marks, are heated through and sizzling.
Time:
Big sausages: 10 minutes
Small Sausages: 5minutes
Heat:
Medium-high heat
