Black Pudding Bagel
Ingredients:
Eve Smallgoods Black Pudding
Bagel
Cream Cheese
Rocket
1 Egg
Pepper & Salt
Method:
Heat a pan on medium heat and fry the black pudding in a splash of olive oil, rotating sides until darkened. Remove from heat and fry the egg.
Cut the bagel in half and toast the bagel to liking. Cut the black pudding in 2cm thick pieces.
Assemble the bagel. Spread cream cheese, handful of rocket, black pudding, egg, pepper & salt. Top with the other half of the bagel. Slice in half and enjoy!
