Puff Pastry Hot Dogs - Continental Franks

Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry sheets

  • Continental Franks

  • 2 Eggs

  • Sauces and toppings of choice

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees or use an air fryer.

Combine eggs until yolk and whites are mixed.

Let puff pastry defrost and slice franks in half.

Cut puff pastry into sections to cover the halved sausages. Place puff pastry over sausage and cover in egg wash.

Place in oven until puff pastry has risen and starts to brown.

Take out and top with chosen toppings. Enjoy!
