A delicatessen favourite, Berliner Fleishwurst is a finely textured, mildly seasoned large meat sausage. It is most often thinly sliced and eaten cold with fresh bread and a spread of mustard. It’s an excellent lunch snack, but should not be confused with luncheon sausage (which is of a very low grade). Made with 100% Australian pork meat.
