Debreciner - Hungarian Beef Sausage

The Debreciner, a time-honoured village sausage originating from the city of Debrecen in Hungary, has been meticulously crafted using premium Australian beef. Infused with a blend of paprika and a subtle touch of chipotle, it acquires a distinctive reddish-orange hue. The outcome is a robust sausage that is characterized by its rich flavour, free from excessive spiciness or greasiness.

Serving suggestion: Serve hot, (either grilled, pan fried, or heated in water,) with crusty fresh bread and quality mustard. For dinner, add sauerkraut and fried potatoes or fresh watercress and potato salad.
