Pork Brawn (340g)

Pork Brawn, a traditional cold meat dating back to 1410, is widely enjoyed across the globe, from Romania to Finland, Vietnam to Cyprus, Barbados to Brazil, and China to Spain. Germans proudly claim it as their own, while in Austria, it goes by names like Presswurst, Sulz, or Schwartenmagen. This delicacy features tender shredded pork mixed with vegetables, like onions and carrots, set in aspic, and shaped into a block resembling cheese. Our brawn is made with 100% Australian pork.

It is often served as a cold cut, akin to a terrine, alongside cheese, pickled vegetables, crusty bread, and mustard.
