We manufacture in Currumbin on the Gold Coast; using the finest quality meats that are sourced from local farms and Clean Food Ingredients.
We never purchase imported meat as we know that freshness is vital. We hold our suppliers to very high standards of practice; ensuring each is certified for animal welfare and sustainable agricultural practices.
As we cater to the discerning diner, we understand that quality is everything. We take pride in the methods we use, the authentic flavours we create and the fact that our products are all Sin-Free.
For those with food intolerances, our retail products are all gluten-free, egg-free, nut-free, sulphite-free, free from artificial colours and flavourings, preservative-free and - unless you choose a cheese sausage - they’re dairy-free as well!
