Brie Cheese Stuffed Knackwurst

Ingredients:

2 Knackwurst

1/2 brie cheese

Branston pickles (cooked onions or sweet condiment can be used as a substitute)

Handful of grapes

Salad leaves

Capers

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees and prepare a lined baking tray.

Slice down the middle of the sausages to half way creating an opening.

Fill with slices of brie cheese and place inn oven until the cheese has melted.

Place on a bed of salad leaves, grapes and capers.

Top with branston pickles and serve!
