Cheese Kransky and Coleslaw Wraps

Ingredients:

1/4 cabbage

1 carrot

75g mayonnaise

2 Cheese Kranskys

1tbsp honey

1tbsp mustard

1 garlic clove

1cm ginger

2 wraps

Method:

Slice fennel ad carrot into thin strips. Place in a bowl and add the mayonnaise and mustard then stir to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste and place in fridge.

Heat a fry pan over medium heat and add the sausages until warmed. Meanwhile, combine the honey, ginger and garlic to form a paste.

Coat the sausages in the honey paste and cook until caramelised.

Lay your wraps flat and fill with coleslaw and a sausage then roll.

Leave fresh or toast to serve!
