Cheesy Mochi Potatoes - Chilli Cheese Kransky
Ingredients:
4 potato
Cornstarch
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 chilli cheese kransky
Method:
Boil potatoes until soft.
Chop the chilli cheese kransky into small pieces.
Mash potatoes until smooth and creamy.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
Add cornstarch to mash potatoes until it creates a thick sticky consistency.
Divide mixture into 4 balls. Press down on the middle of each ball. Place grated cheese and chilli cheese kransky bits in the centre and fold the mixture to cover the cheese and sausage. Repeat for all balls.
Place in the hot oil and cook until golden brown,
