Christmas Themed Charcuterie Board

Simply select your favourite Eve Smallgoods products, cheeses, crackers, dips, christmas sweets, rosemary and raspberries.

Carve out the brie cheese to make it look like Santa Claus, using food dye for the eyes. Place sliced sausage to form Santas hat, using the rind of the brie cheese to create the base of the hat.

Tip: Place the statement foods first then fill in with crackers, sweets, rosemary etc.
