Crumbed Cheese Kransky’s
Each bite delivers the satisfying symphony of a golden, crispy exterior giving way to the juicy perfection of savoury Kranskys, generously oozing with molten cheese. The perfect snack, a delightful dinner, and the ultimate Christmas finger bite!
Ingredients:
1 pack of Eve Smallgoods Cheese Kransky
1 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
3tbsp plain flour
2 eggs
3tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Seasonings: 1tsp salt, 2tsp onion powder
Garnish: Parsley, ketchup
Method:
Heat a large pan on medium-high heat. Fry the breadcrumbs in the olive oil until golden brown and crispy. Once cooked, mix through the seasonings.
Place the breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl making it easy to roll the sausage in. Whisk the eggs and place in bowl, as well as the flour in a separate bowl.
Roll the Cheese Kransky in the flour, then the egg mixture and then the breadcrumbs. Be delicate with the breadcrumbs and try to use the palm of your hand when possible. Repeat this step until all the sausages are coated.
Place them in the air fryer for 12mins on 180degrees. Spray with olive oil for extra crisp.
