Marmalade Baked Pork Sausages and Apple

Ingredients:

1 pack Pork and Parsley Sausage

150g marmalade

110ml apple cider vinegar

2 red onions

3 apples//pears

1tbs mustard

1 girl;ic bulb (halved or in cloves)

Dill to serve

Method:

Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Slice onion and apple/pear. Place in a baking dish with garlic and sausages. Mix the marmalade, mustard and apple cider vinegar and pour over the dish.

Place in oven for 20-25mins or until sausages are browed, with intervals of basting with sauce.

Serve with dill and other condiments such as pickles.
