Puff Pastry Polish Pizza

Ingredients:

Tomato paste sachet

1tbs tomato sauce (extra if needed)

1 tbs oregano

Polish Wedzona Sausages ( 2 used per pizza)

Puff pastry (frozen)

Jalapenos

Cheese of choice

Basil

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees ad prepare puff pastry.

Mix together tomato paste, tomato sauce and oregano to create the pizza sauce and spread over the base. Slice the sausages and place on the base, topped with jalapeños, cheese ad basil (add on a few minutes before taking out)

Add pepper and serve!
