Originally hailing from Poland, we have meticulously harnessed the excellence of Australian meats to infuse it with an authentic local charm. Our Kabana sausages boast a delectable smokiness and a tender texture, artfully elevated by a blend of rustic spices. We employ natural casings, ensuring an authentic and premium quality. In each bite, you'll taste the fusion of heritage and excellence that defines our Kabana sausages. Exclusively crafted using 100% Australian pork and beef meat.

Serving suggestion: Eat cold or reheat using a bowl of boiling water. Serve with fresh pita bread and marinated olives or add to pasta for a deeply flavoured meal.

Eve Smallgoods products are made in Queensland by a small family owned & operated business. Our entire range is free from gluten, sulphite, dextrose, nuts, eggs, fillers and lactose (unless otherwise stated). Every one of our suppliers has been independently certified for their sustainable agricultural practices and animal welfare.

We recognise you have a choice of sausages that you can choose from and thank you for choosing ours. Eve Smallgoods is a family-owned and operated business that’s five generations strong. We’re based in the Gold Coast and and source 100% of our meat from farmers in SE Queensland/ Northern NSW. All farms are certified for sustainable agricultural practices and animal welfare. Stalls are not used, leaving animals free to move about, socialise and access to natural light/ fresh air.

You can feel confident in eating our products as all of the meat we use is hormone free and has been processed in Australia, according to Australia’s high health and hygiene standards. The only imported ingredients added are German beech wood chips (for smoking the meat) and some exotic spices that cannot be grown in Australia.

SIN-FREE & HANDMADE

We like to think of our products as ‘sin-free’ as we don’t cut corners or reduce quality with fillers in a bid to fatten profit margins. We source fresh, quality meats and do not use off-cuts; hand-cutting it from the bone to reduce the incidence of bone chips or gristle. Each sausage is individual in appearance and size as we use natural casings and do all linking by hand.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: This is a pre-cooked product that is ready to eat cold or may be reheated prior to consumption. Recommended methods include: bake/ fry/ grill/ BBQ/ air-fry until golden brown. No oil required. Sprinkle with a little water prior to reheating in order to keep the meat moist.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Keep refrigerated at below 4 degrees Celsius. Thaw slowly over a couple of days in the fridge if frozen.
